They have to operate their business and just like renters, their goal is to get the job done as fast, efficient, and cost-effective as possible. Software is great, but not in the rental market. Renters and Landlords use multiple tools to get the job done.

We have combined a place to search for apartments and a property management software to streamline the way renters and landlords work together for the entirety of the renting lifecycle. It's completely free for landlords which is unheard of.

It saves people time, money, and makes landlords money. We have brought the entire rental lifecycle together, in one place. We're gunning to revolutionize the rental industry. What we expect of you

UpTop is ready to disrupt the way people think about renting. You will be a champion of the brand. New York City is the greatest city in the world and Real Estate is a major part of it!Have a deep understanding of our product and why landlords love what we're selling. Generate new leads through multiple avenues.

Track and develop those leads consistently. Build relationships. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact, presentations, follow-up, and closing business. Work in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Team to meet goals.

Accurately manage and track leads and develop forecasts. Meet or exceed goals and targets developed by the Team. At least 2 years of sales experience in SAAS Sales. Strong desire, motivation, and sense of urgency to meet and exceed aggressive goals. You have the ability to work individually and as a team.

You are professional and well prepared because you want to succeed and take pride in that. That you have the authorization to work in the U.S. That you are able to work under pressure and get the job done.
