There are no available units in my area, what can I do?
What payment types can I use to pay my monthly rent?
"Currently, we accept Credit Card and eCheck/ACH. We will accept Bitcoin, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Paypal, Gold, and little drawstring sacks of gold coins as long as you toss it like a Medieval Lord."
How does applying work?
When you're ready to apply for an apartment, you click/tap the apply button and it will bring you to our terms and conditions for the services being provided. Once you approve, the application process beings. Our platform will ask you for the information you will need to provide for the owner/manager to review your application. You will be charged a fee of $75 and have the ability to apply to 14 apartments within 14 days in case you change your mind or things just don't work out.
How long does an application process take?
Typically the application process takes between 5 and 10 minutes, but this varies per user based (how fast you type and touch buttons).
What devices can I access UPTOP?
UPTOP will launch on iOS, Android, and Web. You will be able to use the same login credentials on any device and continue your session so you never miss an apartment or step.

Yes. You can have 1 or 100,000,000+ and we will still provide the same security, care, and services at the same price, FREE.
Why do I need to sign up using my peronal information?
"To protect our ecosystem from fraudulent business, we verify all owners and managers. We need to make sure that there is accountability in the system and that if you are repeatedly posting fake listings or missing appointments, you will be warned then removed and not have access to our renter. Also, during the vetting process, the owner has access to the background checks and financial information, ensuring secure and private access is crucial for the safety of all our renters."
What is the sign up process like?
"To ensure the privacy, safety, and security of all participants, our signup process validates your identity through our third-party credit agency partner. We do not store any of this information in our systems."
Is there a cost to use UPTOP?
Do you charge a fee to collect rent using UPTOP?
"For owners, we do not charge any fees.
Example: If you charge $3000 per month in rent, you will receive a deposit of $3000 into your bank account."
How does rent collection work?
"When you sign up, you are asked to verify your banking information for easy and direct deposits into your bank account. If you choose to skip, you can easily go to ""Add Bank Account"" and you will be prompted through the signup process. Once approved, you will be able to accept Security Deposit and Rent payments that are tracked. If you setup our free integrations our system will automatically update your accounting systems for easy seamless work for you. We make sure the tenant payment method matches the tenant name, if not we bring it to your attention before the payment method is accepted. The funds go directly into your account never touching ours."
I have multiple apartments and deposit rent into different bank accounts. Is this a problem?
"Not at all. We give you the option to add as many bank accounts as needed and connect them directly to the appropriate apartments. Same goes for security deposits."
Is it possible for a tenant to fake their application?
A valid social security number must be used in the verification process.
How accurate is the background and credit check on the potential tenants?
"All tenant credit information is pulled directly from bureaus like Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. All public records are pulled from National Databases.

"Yes, there are two guidelines.
1. You cannot charge renters a commission or fee.
2. You must have the legal authorization to represent the owner."
